'Audible Art'

 

I Make art. 

I use words as Hues 

& my voice as a brush 

To elegantly paint upon this canvas that we call Life

 

Or at least upon the canvas .. that is the ears of whom ever chooses to listen 

 

And I Make art.

Though I passed with a D in my high school art class 

And never took an Artistic course in college 

 

I have mastered Realism 

 

Really Able to capture the real and raw emotions of everyday life.

 

Except instead of colors … I use metaphors, similes and verbs 

 

when, I Make art.

Audible Art.

That in which you cannot feel with your fingers 

Or See with the eyes • 

 

but must view with The Ears.

And draw up in the Mind

Sublime,

when I Make art.

I speak it 

I live it 

I AM it.

 

And one day I may learn to draw, or paint it on a Canvas 

 

But until then • I’ll simply say it in ways that you can understand it

Cause that’s how I Make Art.

Richest Man Alive

I'm a rich man

 

I have $17.66 cents in my Bank of America account 

 

Damn.

I'm a rich man.

 

I'm currently fighting a roach and rodent infestation in my fucking house

 

But I promise

I'm a rich man.

 

My car's check engine light has been on for a while, and i don’t have the cash to get it checked.

 

And yet

I am a rich man.

 

You see, I have a Sun who has a roof over his head and that same head full of Knowledge, Wisdom, and Understanding.

 

You See

I'm a rich man.

 

For I have a family who supports any attempt i make at bettering myself, my soul, and my financial standings

 

Damn i'm a rich man.

 

….

 

My parents are still alive to ignore my wishes and spoil my kids 

 

 

And my spirit is one that takes pride in the ability to make treasures ... with the shit end of the stick. 

 

I'm the Richest Man Alive.

 

Disciplined enough to learn how to build my own house, teach my own kids, and grow my own food •• if ever independent from the Grid

 

And i know how to make a song with an actual instrument, how to mediate, & how to naturally live

 

….

 

For I need not materialism to feel I am wealthy 

As long as I am not a fool, I am not alone, & I am Healthy 

 

I am the richest man alive

Black Is ...

 

Black Is Beautiful 

 

It is both the Hero , The Villain.. & the damsel in distress

 

And as far as suspects … Blacks the usual 

--

Black is Relevant 

 

and Black History is important regardless of the month ... because it ensures the continuation of, Black Intelligence.

Did you know that, Black is infinite? 

 

Well black is the color of the Ether ... and what do we know about the ether?

 

The planets • the stars • the whole Solar System ... sits in it.

 

Requires it … to dawn

 

Like, you know how you can’t paint without a canvas to paint upon 

Or

How you can’t write a book without paper, to write it on 

 

The Sun … could not be a light, if the blackness behind it was gone.

It's like a Foundation 

 

A Canvas

 

It’s what the soil is to the roots that grow in ... and the trees that grow from 

 

You see every picture has a background, and Blackness is the background to even the Sun.

And nothing could exist without that in which, it exists within.

So tell me • What comes first?

The dark or the light …

the egg or the Hen?
